How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase securely in just a few clicks.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orilel.com. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
We offer Standard Shipping only. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. More regions will be added soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please note: earrings cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Write to us at support@orilel.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with detailed instructions for the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

How should I take care of my jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your Orilel jewelry:

Is Orilel jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our pieces are crafted from 925 Sterling Silver with premium 18K gold or platinum plating, and are nickel-free to ensure maximum comfort.
