Returns & Exchanges

At Orilel, we believe every jewel should feel perfect for the one who wears it.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request a return or an exchange.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the seal has been opened or the packaging is not intact.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Contact our Customer Service at support@orilel.com, providing:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Reason for the return

  2. You will receive detailed instructions via e-mail on how to ship the item back.

  3. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund to the same payment method used for your purchase.

Refund times may vary between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

EXCHANGES

  • You may request an exchange (different size or model) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs for the replacement item may be at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated in current promotions.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
We will replace the jewel at no additional cost.
